皆既日食

2018年1月31日は、皆既月食。アトリエのある共同住宅の非常階段から見た。21時52分、月がボールみたいに丸く立体的にみえる。カメラで撮ろうとしたけど、ぜんぜん写らないので、色鉛筆だしてきて描いた。色の変化にわくわく。月を描くのにオレンジ色と茶色を使ったなんてはじめて。わーい。
A Total Eclipse of the moon
It was a total eclipse of the moon on the 31st January 2018. I watched it from the emergency stairs of the apartment where my studio is in. At 22:52, I saw the moon as three dimensional and as a sphere like a ball. I tried to take a photo, however it didn't work well. Therefore I took color pencils and drew it. It was my first time to use the colors orange and brown when I draw a moon. It was very exciting.
